Dive into traditional Eggs Benedict with rich hollandaise and Belgian waffles, glazed in powdered sugar and topped with seasonal fruit. Try the country-style breakfast platters with scrambled eggs, home-style potatoes, and sausage, paired with a cappuccino or latte, or with one of their freshly baked croissants or pastries.
Head to Kys Paris for their Grand Danois ice cream, rich and creamy, best served hot with a KYS sitting on top. The KYS classique with raspberry, vanilla, or licorice, the Gaufre coeur with various drizzled toppings, homemade Earl Grey tea, and the humble café au lait are all great examples of the delicious Parisian sweet treats available.
Nectar provides flame-grilled mackerel with grape and chilli, steamed scallop with combava, breadcrumbs, and parsley oil, braised pork loin with Paimpol beans and chanterelles, and more.
Les Halles:
Les Halles is known for its vast amount of fresh goods and wholesale business. Formerly, the stalls were replaced with green leisure space. This area currently benefits from the combined additions of the Nelson Mandela Garden, the large Westfield Forum des Halles shopping center, a swimming pool, cinemas, a conservatory, a library, and an art center. Beneath all of these areas is Châtelet–Les Halles, reputed to be the largest underground station in the world. Right nearby the station is the massive Church of Saint-Eustache, serving as an area of community life.
Parc Astérix:
Adventure seekers should try the Toutatis—the ride launches to an exhilarating 110 km/h. If you enjoy inversions, the stunning OzIris is a B&M inverted rollercoaster with an Ancient Egypt theme. For wooden coaster fans, you can’t miss Tonnerre 2 Zeus, a classic recreation featuring fast drops. For families looking for a calmer ride experience, jump aboard the Pégase Express.
Afternoon Lunch:
Dive into scallop carpaccio accompanied by white asparagus cappuccino and morel crumbs at Brasserie Les Deux Palais. Follow this up with seared scallops and risotto with a truffle jus, or the stuffed turbot fillet with lobster mousseline. Try the salmon bowl, combining mango, avocado, and the spice of lentils, and end with baked Alaska with Berthillon lemon and verbena sorbet.
Make your way to Alegria Paris for their changing menus that align with the seasons. Try the grilled octopus salad served with sweet potato purée, ceviche du moment, zucchini carpaccio served with feta and toasted almonds, and the pavlova with red fruits.
Bibliothèque François-Mitterrand
The Bibliothèque Nationale de France (BnF) traces its history back to the royal collections of the Middle Ages. The library is located across seven different sites, with its principal site situated on the Left Bank of the Seine at the François-Mitterrand complex in Tolbiac.
This geopolitically significant library is built on 7.5 hectares, and the massive space has an area of 60,000 m². Four characteristically striking towers of 79 metres, each 22 storeys high, are situated at each corner, meant to look like four open books. They are also named after different types of books, abstractly known as Time, Law, Numbers, and Letters. Stroll out to the centre of the library and bask in the quiet 9,000 m² garden.
Marché aux Puces de Saint-Ouen:
Marché aux Puces de Saint-Ouen is an expansive outdoor flea market extending for seven hectares, consisting of 14 separate markets and 1,700 stalls. One notable market is the beautiful Paul Bert–Serpette, which brings together antique dealers, tribal art, architectural fragments, vintage jewellery, and design items. Step into the covered Cambo market just around Rue des Rosiers, where you can discover antique Napoléon III furniture and ceramics.
Night Disneyland Paris:
Imagine walking under the beautiful Le Château de la Belle au Bois Dormant, then ducking beneath it into La Tanière du Dragon, home to an enormous mechanized dragon that sleeps and sometimes roars. There is also Alice's Curious Labyrinth, a hedge maze right out of Wonderland, where climbing up to the Queen's Castle rewards you with a vantage point over Fantasyland.
For thrills, ride Star Wars: Hyperspace Mountain, an indoor launched coaster. When dusk falls, do not miss the Disney Electrical Sky Parade, where hundreds of synchronized drones illuminate the sky above Main Street. Don’t forget the traditional Disney Stars on Parade, with vibrant floats and favourite characters.
Musée d'Orsay:
Find yourself enveloped in light-filled galleries overflowing with treasures from the Impressionists at the Musée d'Orsay. Savour Renoir's exuberant Dance at Le Moulin de la Galette, get lost in Degas's reflective The Ballet Class, or relish Monet's ode to the era of industry, Gare Saint-Lazare. On the first floor, don’t miss the beautiful 19th-century sculptures, including Bartholdi's Statue of Liberty.
After taking in the art, climb to the rooftop terrace for expansive views of the Seine, the Louvre, and the Tuileries Gardens.
Nightclubs and Bars
End Day 1 at Harry's New York Bar, the birthplace of cocktails such as the French 75 and Bloody Mary. Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by beautiful mahogany décor paired with balanced and flavourful cocktails. The downstairs piano bar features live music throughout the evening, and the bar also offers an extensive whiskey selection.
Alternatively, head to Les Étoiles, a former theatre turned nightlife venue. The 19th-century French vibe comes alive with an assortment of live music, including techno, hip hop, and electro, along with unique DJ sets and themed events. Enjoy stunning lights, superior sound quality, and seasonal cocktails served at the bar.

Montparnasse Tower:
Towering above Montparnasse in the 15th arrondissement, Montparnasse Tower offers a rooftop terrace with a fantastic 360-degree view of the city, especially the glistening Eiffel Tower. Completed in 1973, the tower has more than 5,000 people working in its offices. Explore nearly 100 sculptures scattered throughout the gardens, including the Statues of the French Queens and the Delacroix Monument. Night Seine River:
Cruising along the Seine is one of the best things to do in Paris, with beautiful bridges, island forts, and centuries-old architecture reflected in the water. Enjoy a sightseeing cruise past the Louvre, Notre-Dame, and the Belle Époque façade of the Musée d'Orsay.
Browse the riverside bouquinistes, open-air bookstalls lining the banks. On hot summer days, you can even swim in the three supervised swimming areas near the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame, and Bercy. To unwind, sit along the lower-level quays and enjoy a drink at a barge café while watching the sunset.
